Forgotten Confetti - New Item

[color=#D4D4D8]Forgotten Confetti is a brand-new standalone consumable item for Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice.
Unlike simple replacement mods, Forgotten Confetti does not modify the original Pellet or Divine Confetti. It is a separate item with its own Item ID, custom icon, custom name, custom description, custom location and unique effects.
Using Forgotten Confetti grants all of the following weapon effects at the same time:
• Divine Confetti
• Bestowal Ninjutsu weapon buff
• Living Force Flame weapon buff
All three weapon buffs remain active simultaneously. Using Forgotten Confetti also sacrifices 99% of the player's maximum HP, leaving the player at approximately 1% health.

Extract the files into your Sekiro Mod Engine mod folder.

Make sure Mod Engine is installed and enabled.

• The active status effect currently still uses a vanilla status icon.
• The custom status effect icon is planned for a future update.
• Some visual effects are reused from vanilla Sekiro assets.
