护盾电容器重新设计

Bug？疏忽？可疑的设计决策？

在原版游戏中，护盾电容没有冷却时间，可以无限叠加，从而获得极其夸张的护盾值（见图），让你实际上变得几乎无法被击杀。

有了这个模组，护盾电容只能[color=#ffd966]每 10 秒激活一次[/color]，并且[color=#ffd966]不能再叠加[/color]。
