What it does

Forge Everything You Own adds ownership-unlocked blacksmith recipes for armour, garments, shields, melee weapons, ranged weapons and ammunition, horse equipment, and other equipment that Henry should be able to reproduce after handling it.

Items that natively support quality levels can be forged up to quality IV / Henry quality. Items that do not have a real quality system - including the newly supported training equipment and daggers - keep a single ungraded recipe. The mod does not invent fake rarity tiers for them.

Existing quest and unique alternatives remain available as separate recipes marked 1*. Their names make them easy to identify in the Other category, and the current duplicate variants are intentionally preserved in 1.7L.

How ownership unlocking works

Recipes are not all handed to you at once. A recipe permanently unlocks after you come to own its output. The scanner watches:

[]Henry's inventory[/]
[]Horse saddlebags[/]
[]The personal chest[/]
Give the scanner a second or two during normal gameplay. It pauses while menus are open, so close and reopen the forge if a newly earned recipe is not visible yet. Dropping and picking up the item also retriggers detection.

New in 1.7L
[]Seven training items: training axe, short sword, long sword, club, polearm, kite shield and tournament training sword.[/]
[]Seven daggers, including uncommon and quest-related variants.[/]
[]Two special horseshoes.[/]
[]Safe non-quest forged copies for two quest daggers and the magical horseshoe, so crafting them does not create quest-locked items.[/]
[]Scanner v7.4 support for the separate Original Recipe Ownership Unlocks companion.[/]
Training weapon warning: these are the game's original training items. The vanilla trainingWeapon flag does not guarantee non-lethal damage, so they can still kill. This mod adds forgeability; it does not change their combat behaviour.

Balance and materials

Ownership decides what Henry can reproduce; Blacksmithing skill decides how well. Required skill and material cost scale with the item's value. Common objects stay cheap, while valuable, unique and quest-related objects use higher material tiers.

Forged ranged weapons

Supported ranged weapons can reach quality IV and forged variants retain the mod's +15% ranged power bonus. World, merchant and enemy items remain untouched; the bonus applies only to forged output.

Optional companion: Original Recipe Ownership Unlocks

Install Original Recipe Ownership Unlocks (Optional) 1.0 in addition to the main 1.7L file if you want ownership to teach the game's original Warhorse plans as well.

The companion maps 61 existing plans. Owning the output permanently unlocks that original plan in its normal vanilla category. It adds no duplicate recipes, does not rename anything, and does not change vanilla categories or materials.

Vortex: install and deploy both files normally.
Manual: install the companion as Mods\forge_everything_vanilla_unlocks and place forge_everything_vanilla_unlocks immediately after forge_everything in Mods\mod_order.txt.

The companion requires the main 1.7L or newer. It is not the No-DLC edition and does not replace the main file.

Optional console command

Prefer no gating? Run fe_unlock_all to unlock all Forge Everything recipes at once. When the companion is installed, it includes the mapped original plans too.

Other commands:
[]fe_scan - force an ownership scan.[/]
[]fe_diag, fe_reset, fe_hook - diagnostics and troubleshooting.[/]
Installation

Vortex: use Mod Manager Download, then Install, Enable and Deploy.

Manual main file: extract the archive into ...\KingdomComeDeliverance2\Mods\ so that the result is Mods\forge_everything\mod.manifest.

Two matching 1.7L main files are available. Install exactly one: use the DLC edition when you own the DLCs, or the No-DLC edition to use base-game high-tier materials (Toledo steel, deer skin and bezoar).

Uninstall

Disable the mod in Vortex or remove Mods\forge_everything. Remove Mods\forge_everything_vanilla_unlocks separately if the companion is installed. Already learned recipes may remain recorded in a save, harmlessly.
