The Shepherd's Lantern - Unique Player Lantern

[size=4][b]Usage/features[/b][/size]
- When you pray the lantern will be added to your inventory and if you keep the options toggled on in MCM you will also receive the [size=5][b]just[/b][/size] minor buffs and injuries healing [size=4][b]you [/b][/size][size=5][b][u]deserve[/u][/b][/size][size=4][b].[/b][/size]

- You will experience minor light events as your buff runs out over the course of 24h. Its not excessive, or seizure inducing and it doesnt happen often. Its just going to be a normal thing you will live with when you go too long without praying.

- If you toggle it on in MCM the lantern will place itself automatically on at two different spots on your horse's tack when you ride. You can manually place lanterns anywhere on your or your horse's body by toggling it off and adjusting manually although the further away you go from the bones I hooked the lantern too the more it'll wiggle when you move. It was coded to be near where it is.

- When you unsheathe your weapon the lantern will go to your belt if it was in your hand. It was literally impossible to make this lantern combat pose-capable. You can just toggle it back on and off at will or use the MCM toggle to auto-draw the lantern back to your hand after sheathing.

- When you sneak the lantern will go to your belt. If you put away the lantern while sneaking you will get back the native static light (game default). You can just toggle it back on and off at will. When you get out of sneak you tap R to bring it back to your hand.

- MCM toggle "Auto-draw" will auto-draw the lantern back to your hand after sheathing weapon if it was in your hand before unsheathing.

- Controller support + has a MCM slider to simulate the hold delay when toggling torches and other stuff. 
-Keyboard users If one torch toggle tap (R) sometimes toggles on and off in one tap, increase the slider until it stops doing that. Works at ~70 ms but 100 is my personal safe setting.
