Skip Blacksmithing Tutorial Fixed

Adds a new dialog option to skip the blacksmithing tutorial during Wedding Crashers. Radovan won't bore you to death about heating, reheating, hammering, whistling, sparks, etc. He'll just let you take the materials and make the sword like you would any other sword without his tutorial. You still need to make it to progress the tutorial though, like the [url=https://www.nexusmods.com/kingdomcomedeliverance2/mods/1405]Skip Alchemy Tutorial Instructions[/url] mod.

I just diffed it with the updated game files and made it work with the latest version.

To install, simply extract the folder and place it into your KCD2\Mods folder along with the rest of your mods.
