I was trying to merge two mods but couldn't get it to work—I don't know if I'm just being stupid, but it was really frustrating me. So, I tried to learn the basics of using DSMapStudio to merge them manually. The base mods came from Dziggy ("No item pop-ups" and "No Tutorial") and pappsy314; the latter created a mod for version 1.03, and an angel named kentfade brought it to version 1.06.
To be honest, I don't know exactly how it worked, since I moved a lot of files into folders and deleted a bunch of stuff just to see if it would work—it turned out I had to do it myself. I'll back up the files I consider most important; if any issues arise, I'll try to resolve them, though I can't make any guarantees since I'm not an expert. (If the English seems a bit off, blame Google Translate.)
