GFL2 belka's G28(HK 417)replaces R-2 Amendment

Credits to JohnAChaves and UDPR for I use JohnACaves' mod's animation which is a commission work made by udpr.I fixed the FPV and weapon's bolt animation.

I used JohnAChaves' M16A2 mod animation and modify it by add a new bone copy from 'bolt' instead of the bone with numbers,I also edit the FPV animation,which make the 'pull bolt' part more reasonable.
