修复了Lawmaker和Narcos中的队友语音触发问题

VOID created special teammate voice lines for the Narcos and Lawmaker levels, but for some reason they were scrapped and replaced with generic teammate comment voice lines.

This mod changes the targets that the voice triggers call, allowing the scrapped teammate comment voice lines to be triggered. It won't conflict with teammate voice packs (as long as your voice pack contains these voice lines).

VOID给Nacros和Lawmaker两个关卡做了特殊的队友语音，但是不知出于什么原因被废弃不用了，取而代之的是通用的队友评价语音。

这个mod更改了语音触发器的调用对象，能够调用被废弃的队友评价语音，且不会与队友的语音包冲突（前提是你的语音包里有这些语音）
