or using Notepad, go to \Grand Theft Auto V Enhanced\onigiri\common\data - and open the "dlclist.xml"

- Add the following line: <Item>dlcpacks:/ghoulcharg24/</Item>

- Save

- Use name "ghoulcharg24" for spawn
