通过另一种方式实现移除厉无咎的减少时间效果，增加少量转震时机（0.1秒/级），提升与其他模组的兼容性。
Changed Method to made it without edit "TalentDesc.data" to improve its compatibility to other mods

移除了定身法（假借须臾）和铜头铁壁（厉无咎）天赋点的负面效果（不减转震时机），并为这两个天赋点添加了专用的独门妙用及套装效果（定身套、玄铁套回复冷却时间，根器如撞金钟回复法力），铜头成功后的反击立棍、戳棍派生一切正常。
Remove Debuff for the final talent for Immobilize (Time Bargain) and Rock Solid (Bold Venture won't reduce timing), Add the immobilize suit and Rock Solid Suit effect to them, after you learnt the talent you will have suit effect (recover CD, MP after success) at the same time.

本文件修改了 TalentSDesc.data，若有其他模组也修改了此项则只会有一个模组生效。
Edited TalentSDesc.data, if other mod also edit this will only has one mod work.
