中文说明

本补丁为 RNG Lands（Nexus mod 3229）提供简体中文文本：

物品名与说明、随机生成的故事说明、菜单、教程与系统提示均已翻译。

补丁只包含翻译文本（msg/zhocn 下的 DCX 文件），不包含原 mod 的任何文件。

覆盖率

• 约 155 万条文本槽位（16 个内容组）全部有中文；
• 其中约 33.9 万条为官方简中继承（与原版游戏文本逐字一致处），其余为项目译文；
• 物品名/说明、随机故事、菜单、HUD 与教程提示均已覆盖。

需要 / Requirements

• RNG Lands 0.7.2（必须安装原 mod）；
• Elden Ring 1.17.x；
• 游戏语言必须设为简体中文（否则游戏读取英文 engus，补丁不会生效）；
• 推荐 / 普通难度（recommended increased difficulty / vanilla difficulty）都支持。

安装 / Installation

• 1. 先安装原版 RNG Lands（Nexus 3229）。
• 1. 下载与本补丁页面对应的文件（按你安装的 RNG Lands 版本选择：Ruby / Apache / Pack 10）。
• 1. 解压并合并到你 RNG Lands 的 mod 根目录：
  • Ruby / Apache：把压缩包内的 recommended increased difficulty / vanilla difficulty 文件夹合并进对应 mod 根目录；
  • Pack 10：压缩包已按 14 个配置、每个配置两个难度组织，直接合并进 Pack 10 的根目录即可。
• 确认游戏语言为简体中文，启动游戏。补丁只新增 msg/zhocn/，不会覆盖 mod 原文件。

卸载 / Uninstall

删除各难度目录 / 配置目录下的 msg/zhocn/ 文件夹即可。

文件 / Files

• Ruby：对应 RNG Lands - Ruby；
• Apache：对应 RNG Lands - Apache；
• Pack 10：对应 RNG Lands - Pack 10（含全部 14 个配置 × 2 难度）。

已知问题 / Known issues

• 极少数条目保持英文：它们是 mod 自身的 [ERROR] 占位条目（英文版同样显示 [ERROR]），不属于漏翻；
• 服务条款（ToS）法律文本保持英文——官方简体中文文件里 ToS 本身也是英文；
• script/talk 与 event 文本不在本补丁范围内。
• 如果你看到本应翻译的物品名/菜单仍是英文，请在 Posts 里按“物品名 / 菜单位置”报给我。

English

This patch provides a Simplified Chinese translation for RNG Lands (Nexus mod 3229): item names & descriptions, randomizer story captions, menus, tutorials and system messages.

The package contains translation text only (msg/zhocn DCX files) and no files from the original mod.

Coverage

• ~1.55M text slots (16 content groups) fully translated;
• ~339k entries inherited from the official Simplified Chinese localization, the rest translated;
• Item names/descriptions, randomizer story text, menus, HUD and tutorial messages are covered.

Requirements

• RNG Lands 0.7.2 (original mod required);
• Elden Ring 1.17.x;
• Game language must be set to Simplified Chinese;
• Both recommended increased difficulty and vanilla difficulty are supported.

Installation

• 1. Install the original RNG Lands (Nexus 3229).
• 1. Download the file matching your RNG Lands package (Ruby / Apache / Pack 10).
• 1. Extract and merge into your RNG Lands mod root folder:
  • Ruby / Apache: merge the included recommended increased difficulty / vanilla difficulty folders into your mod root;
  • Pack 10: the archive already mirrors all 14 configs × 2 difficulties; merge it into the Pack 10 root.
• Set the game language to Simplified Chinese and launch. The patch only adds msg/zhocn/ files.

Uninstall

Delete the msg/zhocn/ folders from the difficulty/config folders.

Known issues

• A few entries remain English: they are the mod's own [ERROR] placeholder entries (English shows [ERROR] too), not missed translations;
• Terms of Service text remains English (the official Simplified Chinese files keep ToS in English as well);
• script/talk and event text are not covered by this patch;
• If a genuine item name/menu is still English, please report it with the item/menu location.

Credits & Permissions

• Original mod: RNG Lands by its author (Nexus 3229). All credit for the mod belongs to the original author; this patch contains no files from the original mod.
• Translation: uploader of this patch.
• You must install the original RNG Lands yourself. This patch distributes translation text only.
• Re-uploads/integrations: please credit this page and keep the link. Do not re-upload the original mod together with this patch.
