出于某种原因，我经常丢失编辑过的 regulation.bin 及其所有修改。当然，你可以花几个小时去检查、反复检查、下载和清理——但我受够了。

所以，就是这个：

EquipParamProtector.csv 文件，已针对目前（大概）所有 KS Solo 护甲编辑完毕
提取自 ERRv2.3.2.2。

因为不该有人像我一样遭受这种繁琐折磨。
