无树女性部队
一种无树且基于政策的方法,让卡拉迪亚各地拥有女兵。
查看大图This mod is designed for players who want female soldiers in their game without having to deal with the hassle of micro-managing additional troops or the headache of save file corruption. It works by only changing the gender of soldiers after they spawn in battle (or in cities, dialogues, arenas, etc.), thus avoiding the need to add new units or unit skill trees.
These Treeless Troops (TTs) are purely cosmetic, and their frequency in the game changes over time based on the policies of various kingdoms. By default, all factions already have a small proportion of female soldiers, and if they join a kingdom that has enacted the "Citizenship" policy (Charters removed in v1.1), this proportion will grow over time, eventually covering about half of the troops.
The female troop coverage of new parties depends on whether those parties belong to a kingdom and whether that kingdom has implemented the aforementioned policy (and for how long). If a party leaves the kingdom or the policy is revoked, the percentage of TTs will also decrease over time.
Soldier tiers are not uniformly affected: initially, only lower-tier troops will have females in their ranks, but over time, more experienced TTs will advance to higher tiers. All these changes are gradual and configurable. If you want to adjust the defaults to your preferred settings, see the Settings section below.
Installation
Vortex is recommended as it will automatically handle all steps. If installing manually, ensure you unblock the DLL file after downloading, otherwise it may cause game crashes. You can remove the mod at any time without issues; if you reinstall it later, the female troop coverage settings you previously had will be restored.
Settings
Open the "TreelessFemaleTroops.dll.config" file adjacent to the DLL with a text editor and change the values for different settings. More details below.
Spoiler: Show all coverage options consist of two numbers: the first defines the percentage of female troops, and the second sets the tier up to which soldiers will be fully covered. Troops above this tier will still be covered, but the coverage will decrease gradually with each tier. The only requirement is that values in NormalTroopCoverage must always be lower than values in PolicyTroopCoverage, otherwise abnormal behavior may occur.
Daily Coverage Change sets the rate at which coverage expands or shrinks for kingdoms and individual factions per game day, in the same format as above.
KingdomEffectPolicy defines the policy reused by the mod to enhance female troop coverage. The default is Citizenship (as of v1.1.0, CharterOfLiberties no longer exists). If you want to use a different policy, you can change it here:

Finally, EnableDebugMessages serves exactly that purpose. If you want to understand the internal mechanics of the mod, you can set it to "true," though currently it provides limited information. It mainly logs when characters change gender and when settings are adjusted.
Known Issues
The description text added to kingdom policies is not localized, and troop names are sometimes not suitable for female soldiers.
