Description

Retroactively removes the half-illithid appearance from all characters affected by the partial ceremorphosis ritual. This includes the half-illithid visual effects added in Patch 5, as well as all texture mods.

Previously, mods that achieved this either modified the texture files or had become outdated, so I decided to release my own version. I’ll update this mod as needed, but based on my current method, it shouldn’t require updates unless Larian changes how the illithid visual effects are applied.

Installation

Import the .zip file of this mod into the Baldur's Gate 3 Mod Manager, then drag the mod from the right panel to the left panel. Save and export your load order.
