When clicking New Game, makes the difficulty screen skip itself, so you can get to CC faster.
New games start on Balanced (the default difficulty ruleset) and Character Creation starts right after.
Override mod. Incompatible with anything that overrides NewGameSettings.xaml or NewGameSettings_c.xaml.

Pairs well with No CG Intro Cinematic.
