Description

This mod adds four head presets to the character creator. The heads are available for Body Type 1 only for Humans, (Half-) Elves, (Half-) Drow and Tieflings. The heads use custom-made textures as well as custom skeletons.

Compatibility

If you use Eyes of the Beholder and KVAT/UTav, I highly recommend that you use Volitio's autopatchers for KAVT/UTav and EotB if you use those mods. Since the autopatchers exist, I will not be making manual patches. I also recommend using the UAP for Head VFX.

How to install with BG3 Mod Manager:

  • Place the .pak file in AppData\Local\Larian Studios\Baldur's Gate 3\Mods
  • Open BG3 Mod Manager and refresh the page
  • Drag the mod from the right side to the left
  • Click "Save Load Order to File" and "Export Order to Game"
