屏幕特效移除

移除大部分屏幕特效。包括镜头污渍、冻结效果、陶森特眩光、低生命值提示、泥泞效果、雨滴/雨痕、水面浮起水滴/水痕以及毒性效果。

Remove most screen effects. Including lens dirt, freeze effect, Toussaint glare, low health state, mud, raindrops/rain streaks, water droplets/streaks when surfacing, and toxicity effects.
Use Mod Merger Tool https://www.nexusmods.com/witcher3/mods/1931/ to avoid reaching the texture limit.
Please let me know if there are other screen effects not removed by the mod. I will research how to remove them as well.
