沉浸式HUD与任务追踪器

这里没什么特别的，我只是在Gopher的沉浸式HUD上添加了任务模块。

In case anyone is interested, I've updated Goper's original Immersive HUD code, so now the quest tracker will also appear below the mini-map when you use Witcher Senses.

Installation:

Extract to your Mods folder. You can completely replace the original Immersive HUD folder.
