What is this? —

• The following Passives are blocked in Vanilla:

Elemental: Celestial Emperor, Flame Emperor, Lord of the Sea, Lord of Lightning, Spirit Emperor, Ice Emperor, Earth Emperor, Lord of the Underworld, Divine Dragon Rare/size: Lucky, Legend, Lunker, Whopper Special: Otherworldly Cells, Siren of the Void, Eternal Flame, Invader, Savior Mutation: Babysitter, Idiosyncratic, Immortality, Heavily Armored, Skymarcher World Tree: Twin-Edged Holy Blade, Sanctified Meat Shield, Demon’s Hand, World Tree Seedbed, Hermit Sage, Dimensional Leap, God of Destruction

• They aren't blocked anymore. This mod allows all of them to be passed down.
• Vanilla+ version included which only unblocks these passives.
• 100% version also makes the odds from 15% to 100% for passing down passives.

Installing a .Pak Mod — User Guide

Install by dropping the provided Folder into:

\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Palworld\Pal\Content\Paks\~mods\

If you don't have a ~mods folder, make one. This is a pretty common practice for .pak mods.
