More Stats Per Level (.pak mod) - Example using 10x Variant

What is this? —

  • Change the amount of stat points you get per level
  • This does not work retroactively, you're next level you will gain more stat points
  • Extra stat points cannot be removed with this mod by removing this mod. This adjusts the "reward" you could say, once you receive it, deleting this mod wont remove those bonus stat points.
  • I added a bunch of variants so you can gain a couple extra every level for a vanilla+ experience or gain 9999 points each level lol.
  • This was mainly made by request. You can let me know what mods you want, I have like 3 hours of game time in Palworld but thousands in UE. So I wont know your in game terminology well but I might be able to make what you want.

Compatibility for the Nerds —

  • You dont need to know this, but for other developers/deconflicting with others mods, this is what I patched...
  • This modifies BP_PalGameSetting
  • I don't like that I modified BP_PalGameSetting since so many mods are likely to use it (its a gold mine of values to modify) so it WILL conflict with other mods/developers who likely decided to modify this asset. However, my advice would be, use this mod to gain the extra stat points you want, then remove it, since the stat points will stay even after removing this mod, then you can use another mod that uses BP_PalGameSetting.
  • If you are using a few of my mods, you'll notice I avoid BP_PalGameSetting to reduce conflicts since I actually do use all of my mods together.
  • But anyway heres the asset I modded for this:
  • setOrAddScalar: Pal/Content/Pal/Blueprint/System/BP_PalGameSetting :: StatusPointPerLevel
  • setOrAddScalar: Pal/Content/Pal/Blueprint/System/BP_PalGameSetting :: MaxUseablePoint_SumStatusPointAndExStatusPoint_PerParameter

Installing a .Pak Mod — User Guide

Install by dropping the provided Folder into:

\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Palworld\Pal\Content\Paks\~mods\

If you don't have a ~mods folder, make one. This is a pretty common practice for .pak mods.
