我最初是为自己制作了这个模组。由于我不太习惯在 Nexus Mods 上交流，所以可能不会经常查看模组评论。

至于模组的更新与改动，我应该提一下，我实际上从事广告行业，日常更擅长的是文案撰写。我的编程能力非常有限。因此许多修改对我来说都相当困难。希望大家能够理解。

游戏构思 / Concept

你有没有想过，为什么游戏中远方的父母很少来信？ 为什么大多数与时间相关的 特殊内容，往往在两年左右就逐渐结束了？
Have you ever wondered why your parents, who live far away, rarely write to you in the game?
Or why most time-based special content seems to gradually come to an end after around two years?

作为喜欢慢悠悠感受游戏、同时注重沉浸感的玩家，我真的很希望能在游戏时间许多年后依旧能感受到我与星露谷世界的联系，而这促使我做了这个mod。
As a player who enjoys taking the game slowly and values immersion, I’ve always wanted to keep feeling connected to the world of Stardew Valley, even many in-game years later. That feeling is what inspired me to create this mod.

关于本 Mod / About This Mod

简单来说，这是一个以“远方父母来信”为主题的邮件拓展 mod。
Simply put, this is a mail expansion mod themed around letters from your parents.

它目前包含130+封信件，覆盖从第一年到第十年的长期农场生活，也会根据你的游戏进程触发不同内容——在收入提升、成就、农场建设、感情情况、社区发展等事件中，父母都会在远方以自己的方式关心你，并给出自己的看法。
It currently includes 130+ letters, covering long-term farm life from Year 1 all the way to Year 10. These letters can also respond to your progress in the game, including your income, achievements, farm development, relationship status, community progress, and more. Through these events, your parents will care about you in their own way and share their thoughts on the life you are building.

当然，父母作为普通人，意见不总是正确的（如果你把这个mod单纯当作一个游戏提示mod，你可能会完全跑偏），有时候他们也会过于焦虑，有时候可能会过于唠叨……但总而言之，他们在远方有着自己的生活的同时，爱着、关心着你。
Of course, your parents are just ordinary people. Their opinions are not always correct. If you treat this mod purely as a gameplay hint mod, you may even be led in the wrong direction. Sometimes they may be too anxious, and sometimes they may be a little too talkative. But in the end, while they have their own lives far away, they still love you and care about you.

小型任务链 / A Small Quest Chain

在信件之外，本mod还添加了一个非常小型的任务链，帮助构建父母与曾经农场的连接、增强星露谷的时间感与沉浸感。
Beyond the letters, this mod also adds a very small quest chain. It is designed to build a connection between your parents and the farm’s past, while adding a stronger sense of time and immersion to Stardew Valley.

玩家可以通过阅读信件逐步找回一些与农场过去有关的旧物，并解锁相关物品与剧情内容。
Through letters, exploration, and collection, players can gradually recover some old items related to the farm’s history and unlock related items and story content.

新增物品 / New Items

与信件和任务配套，本 mod 也新增了少量料理、装备和特殊物品，这些内容主要用于增强陪伴感和奖励感，不会太过于影响游戏平衡，但的确稍微会给予玩家一些“捷径”。
Alongside the letters and quests, this mod also adds a small number of recipes, equipment items, and special objects. These are mainly intended to enhance the feeling of companionship and reward. They should not affect game balance too heavily, though they do provide the player with a few small “shortcuts.”

希望这个mod能给你带来更强的沉浸感，帮助你在进行慢节奏游戏的后几年依旧能够有些许新内容反馈。
I hope this mod can bring a stronger sense of immersion to your farm life. And even when you are playing slowly into the later years, I hope Stardew Valley can still occasionally respond to you in small new ways, making you feel that you are still cared for by this world.

“我”适合这个 Mod 吗？ / Is This Mod for Me?

本 mod 适合：
This mod is suitable for players who:

  • 喜欢玩长时间存档的玩家；
    enjoy long-term save files;
  • 喜欢慢节奏、家庭感叙事的玩家；
    like slow-paced, family-centered storytelling;
  • 希望后期游戏仍然偶尔有新反馈的玩家；
    want to occasionally receive new feedback even in the late game;
  • 希望农场生活多一点“被牵挂感”的玩家。
    wish their farm life could feel a little more cared for.

如果你想体验更有挑战感的游戏，那么这个 mod 可能不太适合你。
If you are looking for a more challenging gameplay experience, this mod may not be for you.

另外，由于本 mod 新增的料理配方最早也要到第七年才能全部获得，如果你对达成完美度的时间有严格要求，那么这个 mod 也可能不太适合你。
Also, since the recipes added by this mod can only be fully obtained starting from Year 7 at the earliest, this mod may not be suitable if you have strict goals for achieving perfection as early as possible.

兼容性 / Compatibility

本mod已实测可以兼容 SVE。其他 mod 暂时还没有进行测试。
I have personally tested this mod with SVE, and it is compatible. I have not yet fully tested it with other mods.

理论上来说，由于本 mod 的主体内容是邮件，它大概率不会与其他 mod 产生冲突。 但这也只是理论上，mod数量太多依旧可能会导致问题。
In theory, since this mod is mainly mail-based, it is unlikely to conflict with other mods. However, that is only in theory. If you have a large number of mods installed, unexpected issues may still occur.

此外，尽管可以兼容其他mod，但本mod并未针对其他mod构建特殊的信件、事件，我未来可能会更新这一部分内容，但暂时还没有做到这里。
Additionally, while this mod can be used alongside other mods, it does not currently include special letters or events designed specifically for other mods. I may update this part in the future, but it has not been implemented yet.
