Camera Tweaks Config

Centered camera in combat and while running—during normal movement, I couldn't get it to center properly; during attacks, the camera still rotates slightly. I don't know what the cause might be. Also, I can't shift the camera slightly to the left to counteract the camera's rightward drift during attacks. Maybe someone can figure it out and improve the config.
