P4 Coen Hair Edits (and other npcs)

[color=#D4D4D8]First mod available is swapping Coen's hair for Ambrus (made black) and optional file for Ambrus to get Coen's hair (black unless using with [url=https://www.nexusmods.com/thebloodofdawnwalker/mods/94]Coen Lighter Hair Colors[/url])[/color]

[size=3][color=#D4D4D8]Not compatible with mods editing Coen's AppearanceBase files or Ambrus AppearanceBase files.[/color][/size]

[url=https://www.nexusmods.com/thebloodofdawnwalker/mods/94]Coen Lighter Hair Colors[/url] - sadly due to editing Ambrus' hair material these colours will not work for Coen, however they will work for Ambrus when he is using Coen's hair.
