NCR风暴突击队

This mod is inspired by a short video from YouTube called "Operation Sunburst", especially the scene where NCR troops charge with hand axes while under the influence of psychoactive drugs.
This mod adds NCR Chargers to the Mojave Wasteland frontlines.
They are equipped with hand axes and fire axes (at higher levels), and occasionally carry pistols.
They will use Psycho drugs when entering combat, but cannot do so if the drugs in their inventory are stolen.
Without further ado, enjoy!
You can find them at Hoover Dam, Camp Golf, Camp Hope of Despair, and during the "Restore Hope" quest when attacking Nelson.
Requires the NCR Chemical Troops mod created by VOIDKING02! Also requires its prerequisite mod!
