移除Luis纹理压缩（绿化）

• Have you ever looked at a black pedestrian in this game and wonder why their hair is green? Thanks to texture compression, they now look like they belong in a circus.

• This also goes for black clothing, making it seem greener or purple. Unfortunately luis also has this issue, which this mod attempts to correct some of this textures!
