重新设计了哔哔小子的外观，使其颜色更深并带有绿色色调，包括按钮的发光效果。

安装

1. 将文件解压到你的《辐射3》\Data文件夹中。
2. 在Fallout3.ini文件中，将bInvalidateOlderFiles=0改为bInvalidateOlderFiles=1。
