This will add a player-owned castle/mansion north of Skingrad, called Varlenhold.

Features:
A fully furnished castle owned by the player, including:

  • A grand hall
  • Private quarters
  • Dungeons (with hidden areas!)
  • Servant quarters
  • Library
  • Wine cellar (with secret areas!)
  • Large staircase with alchemy room
  • Accessible tower for controlling weather forces.
  • Defeat the bandits before you can take residence in the castle
  • Stables for resting your warhorse
  • Training room where you can summon enemies
  • Use necromancy to summon your own minions!

Ample storage for your items exists, with specialized storage for alchemical materials near the alchemy lab.
