Vlammenzee的束缚弓箭鞘CK调整

This is a modification to the bound bow in the Creation Kit, allowing you to holster the bow/arrows while the spell is active. For me, it completely broke immersion when it disappeared upon holstering, and it was really annoying.

What else can this mod do besides letting you holster your bow/quiver:

1). You can drop/discard this bound bow, and it will disappear when discarded (the quiver remains until the duration ends)
2). If you unequip the bound bow, the quiver remains, so you can also use a normal bow,
and vice versa: bound bow + normal arrows.

No other edits were made in the Creation Kit, only two flags on the bound bow were changed.
