Horses: 2500 gold coins
Breezehome: 10000 gold coins
Honeyside: 20000 gold coins
Vlindrel Hall: 20000 gold coins
Hjerim: 25000 gold coins
Proudspire Manor: 40000 gold coins
Hearthfire Plots: 10000 gold coins

Note: This mod only works properly in a new game. It will not take effect on existing saves.
