Installation:

Place the ESP file of your desired home into The Elder Scrolls' Data folder.
Ensure the file is checked upon next launch.

Dragon Falls Cottage is a small, one-room shack located southwest of Dragon Bridge.
It's free to use, and a diary left inside adds some backstory, explaining why it's currently unoccupied.
There's a fast travel marker, but you must first walk to the location to activate it.

Features include:
-Bed is owned by the player and provides rest bonuses when used.
-Some minor loot that does not respawn.
-Storage: 3 barrels, 1 sack, 1 backpack, 1 chest, 1 safe, and 1 cupboard - initially empty and non-respawning.
-Crafting: tanning rack, cooking pot, and wood-chopping block.
