环境

This mod is outdated, and I currently don't know how to handle it. Since ENB is updated and developed daily, I suggest you don't download this file for now. However, I'm leaving it here as an example for a potential future release (Local to Global Enhancement System).

Please read all documentation included in this mod carefully.

1.3 version video: Videos harm contrast and colors, but allow fast playback of 300 screenshots (thus you can see more content). Screenshots are of better quality. But I only uploaded 175 screenshots (just kidding :P)

Check out these screenshots, they are all from version 1.3

2 new ESPs:

  • "Original Time Scale" (1 hour = 20 hours)
  • "Time Scale 1 Real Hour Equals 5 Game Hours" New optional file: Texture Fix Description: (Please see the install/uninstall process at the bottom of this page, or the info.txt file in texturefix_DOC) Compatible only with my DWclimate mod.
  • Changes snow color and intensity Enhances overall snow intensity/color balance Enhances glacier ice intensity and color
  • Enhances the color and intensity of major tundra grasses Enhances the sun disk Incompatible: All mods that modify various types of snow (e.g., Better Dynamic Snow, all texture mods, etc.) All mods that modify ice I used the following mods as base textures: "Z4G4's Skyrim HD Remastered Snow Textures" Click here "Yuril's All-in-One Real Ice Textures" Click here

Mod Features:

  1. What is the vanilla weather system? There is a global climate containing one or two weather types plus many local climates containing 2 to 3 weather types. The global climate changes weather 1 to 2 times in 24 hours. Since local climates override his settings, as long as you enter a "local" area. "Vanilla" override and fluctuation balance Places more emphasis on local climates and provides a large amount of weather variation. This is somewhat redundant, as the weather is always the same locally as well. If you traverse Skyrim from one side to the other, you could experience 5 to 6 weather changes in 12 hours. My mod utilizes the vanilla system (logical sequence of weather evolution), but I have added 26 weather types to each climate (global and local) and reduced the probability of local climate overrides. This means the weather changes with location, but less frequently. This also means it won't change immediately and necessarily when you enter an area. Not only that, it allows you to see all the scenery in different weather conditions across all regions. So it can be clear, cloudy, stormy, snowy, rainy, foggy, etc., everywhere. Of course, the weather effects I added are fully customized and provide an excellent theme. The ESP comes with an ENB configuration file, which is the basis for the overall lighting/tone. I tried some other post-processing effects like bokeh DoF, different AA, vignettes, etc... they are compatible with my mod but come with a performance cost. If you know how, you can add these effects yourself. They are not included in my files; you need to look for them on the ENB website. Or in some Mod. I haven't tried SSAO yet, too demanding for my PC, so you may need to configure it (in ENB) before use. Bokeh Depth of Field: Click here Installation: Replace the enbeffectprepass.fx in my mod with the file from this mod. ENB installation is not simple, especially the first time. Please read carefully the "Readme" tab, the readme, and the description of every document included in this mod. If you are not familiar with Boris Vorontsov's ENBSeries, visit Click here Reason for this mod's creation: I really like ENB configs, especially those with extremely rich colors. But sadly, they have side effects. Water, snow, distant fog, near fog, clouds, sky, and environment colors are not directly affected by ENB, so sometimes they don't fit the overall scene tone at all. By adding a weather-adjusting ESP, we can compensate for ENB's shortcomings. That's what I tried to do. Another aspect of this mod is changing Bethesda's concept of "local weather." Their weather system is much more complex than mine and is very effective. But it's somewhat redundant
  • 80% of the time, Windhelm has snowy weather
  • Winterhold about 90%
  • Whiterun 80% clear weather etc... So I decided that the first step was to create a global climate with a greater impact on the overall map.
  1. I added many different new weather types to some regional climates (Winterhold region, Riften, etc.). After that, I adjusted the local climate override probability, so the global climate is less frequently overridden by local climates. (There is an exception; certain quests call for specific weather, or some small locations also have specific climates, I left those as they are).

This climate has 26 weather types: 9 variants of clear weather (very clear, less clear, slightly cloudy, 3 aurora types, and a 24-hour aurora) 5 rain/storm weather variations (light rain, heavy rain, light rain with faint thunder, heavy rain with thunder, thunder only) 4 snow variants (snowing, blizzard) 3 fog variants (fog, dense fog) 2 overcast weather variations (overcast, overcast with aurora) 1 clear/rainy 1 Sovngarde-like weather 1 Clear weather with different dusk and dawn

Ideas for the next version:

  • A "less colorful" version
  • I will definitely make other climates (winter, spring, autumn), might also add a season system (I'm researching Papyrus possibilities) Weather adjusted from vanilla The changes I made include:
  • Gave each weather its appropriate atmosphere.
  • Edited their image spaces
  • Adjusted some dawns and dusks
  • Added a weather with 24-hour aurora effect
  • Added fully customized weather systems
  • Fixed some effect brightness issues
  • Increased their transition times
  • Balanced their occurrence probabilities
  • 1 weather change per 24 hours (on average)
  • Dawn comes earlier
  • Dusk starts later and ends later
  • Dawn and dusk duration slightly increased For the same night sky as mine, you need this mod: "Enhanced Night Skyrim V04 Blue Edition" by CptJoker Click here My sun glare is from: Tapioks' SKYRIM ENHANCED SHADERS v1.1 (Old version) Click here I don't know if the sun glare effect is still available, maybe you'll have to find another.
  1. There are many beautiful sun glare effects here,
  2. although they are somewhat different from what I'm used to, they will be compatible with my mod. I added an optional ESP DWlights: Fixes faulty lighting in Breezehome. Adds/changes light sources in certain locations (increases shadow casting) Torch light range increased 2x, and duration infinite Light from spells (in your hand and when cast) is also larger. More locations have shadow-casting light sources:
  • Inside Breezehome
  • 2 locations in Solitude streets
  • Angewand Fire Camp
  • Exterior entrance to Blackfalcon Warren
  • Frostcrag Spire entrance fire
  • Broken Prong Hold forge and campfire Overall atmosphere my mod creates: Fantasy colors, occasionally realistic Darker nights, sometimes clear Many aurora occurrences, with some surprises You will discover many locations in a new light due to changed weather probabilities.

If you want to quickly view all weather effects in the game instead of waiting for them to appear:

  • Open your console (press the key below ESC, the small "2")
  • Type "Force Weather" or "FW" followed by the weather ID (Example: FW x008eb8)
  • The first digit of the weather ID depends on your mod load order; it's the index number. If my mod is the third in your mod list, the index number for the ID is 3 (e.g., 3008eb8). If it doesn't work, try smaller or larger numbers.
  • Full example: FW 3008eb8
  • Weather ID List: x005e38 x005e39 x008ebb x005e3a x0063a4 x008eb5 x008eb7 x008eba x00639d x00639f x008eb9 x004e07 x004e09 x0048a3 x004e0a x008eb8 The next IDs do not need the index number 10e1ea 12f89 c821e c821f 4d7fb c8221

Limitations of this mod: Water needs an appropriate mod to be perfect; I tried to adjust it, but it's not enough Snow can fall everywhere, but it won't accumulate or cover non-snowy locations; this functionality requires scripts. The transition between bright clouds and dark clouds is still harsh; to fix this, I need to introduce a subtle transitional weather concept. But I don't know how yet. My enhancement desires: I will release an ESP that reduces blue nights; I like them, but I understand it might get boring. (Of course) Adding a season concept requires scripts; I'm currently only learning how it works, so this type of feature won't be for the next update. Alright, that's all; if there are any questions or requests, feel free to comment.
