This is a simple mod that adjusts the weights of Dwemer scrap items, such as Dwemer scrap metal, to be more consistent with their volume. It also changes the number of ingots obtained from smelting each scrap item to better follow the law of mass conservation.
For example, bent Dwemer scrap metal, originally weighing 2, now yields 1 ingot of weight after smelting, instead of the original 3.
Similarly, the weight of solid Dwemer metal has been reduced to 15, while its ingot yield has increased to 10.
Given that these metal fragments have been scattered for thousands of years, there should be some corrosion and impurities—so not all weight is pure metal.
All Dwemer scrap items that could originally be smelted into ingots have been adjusted. Additionally, Dwemer scrap metal, Dwemer gears, and Dwemer cogs can now also be smelted.
