Bill's Beard for Arthur Morgan

Replaces the lvl5 default beard for arthur with an edited version of Bill Williamson's lvl5 Beard style This mod was inspired on the Beta Arthur Morgan Expanded and Enhanced shop_items beard tutorial file because i notice that a lot of people couldn't make it work and also there wasn't too much info of how to fix it and make it work.
