Fixed Deadeye Rifle Sounds

Gets rid of the annoying "WOOOO" when you fire a rifle in deadeye

I just made this for myself but have seen other people complain and say that they avoid using the bolt action and carcano rifles because of the annoying sound, so I thought I would share.
