Robbery Outfits Fix

Fixes some gang members not using their robbery outfits for companion missions and adds them to some main missions inspired by the trailers.

I found it odd how Bill and lenny will use theirs during their companion missions yet Sean, Javier and others didn't despite having similar missions. Robbery Outfits have been fixed/restored for multiple gang members. Sean was seen in the guidebook wearing his robbery outfit during his and Mary-Beth's coach robbery while the others i placed in areas i thought they'd fit. Check the Main Features section for more.

[size=3][color=#D4D4D8]Sean will now use his robbery outfit during his stage coach stickup companion mission. (Seen in guidebook)[/color][/size]
[size=3][color=#D4D4D8]Micah will now use his Robbery outfit during his chapter 4 stage coach robbery companion mission[/color][/size]
[size=3][color=#D4D4D8]Javier will now wear his robbery outfit for his chapter 2/3 home robbery.[/color][/size]
[size=3][color=#D4D4D8]Charles will now use his robbery outfit for High and Low Finance.[/color][/size]
[size=3][color=#D4D4D8]Inspired by trailer 2, Sean, Charles and John will now wear Robbery outfits for Pouring Forth Oil IV[/color][/size]
Inspired by trailer 3, Dutch and Lenny will wear their robbery outfits for Urban Pleasures.
New mission images for Charles, Sean, Micah and Javier's companion missions.
