Allows totems of undying to save players from the void, and when anywhere in the inventory.

Adds two new gamerules:

Name Default Description
totemsInVoid true Allows totems to save players from the void. They will receive levitation and slow falling.
totemsInInventory true Allows totems to save players, even if they aren't holding it. It can be anywhere in their inventory.
