Infinite ammo for Vic's Point Blank gun mod. No need to spend all your resources crafting ammo

This mod allows guns from Vic's Point Blank to reload when the player has no ammo, eliminating the need to craft ammo. Crafting ammo can be resource intensive and not very fun which is what this mod seeks to eliminate.
