Samoyed Incremental

This is a framework created to facilitate the game mode for my server Grass Shearing Incremental, it has all the functionality required for an incremental game to work.

SamInc was created because I felt an itch for an incremental and couldn't find the one I wanted, so I said "Fine. I'll do it myself" 
This mod is primarily designed for use on my server, Grass Shearing Incremental. 

It impliments a lot of commands, and 2 items, a board, and a wand.
