重新日志健康修复

Relog Health Fix preserves a player's current health when they leave a Minecraft 1.20.1 Forge server and restores it after they rejoin. The restore delay is configurable in ticks, with a default of 60 ticks. This mod does not change maximum health and follows vanilla health limits.

Relog Health Fix 会在玩家退出服务器时保存当前生命值，并在重进后按配置延时恢复。默认延时为 60 tick，不修改最大生命值。
