Mattock

A modpack inspired by my love of older modpacks like Tekkit and Yogbox.

 

My favorite part of Tekkit was the automation, and overpowered items. However, a decent portion of the older mods have fallen out of development over the years, and a lot of the mods that have survived are forks or ports of the older content.

Nonetheless, I've tried to emulate the experience by adding mods like EnderIO, Buildcraft Classic CE, AE2, Mekanism, Pneumaticraft, Railcraft, Mystical Agriculture, and Create. 

 

In Yogbox, I really loved the RPG elements, how 'lived in' the world felt, and how you could interact with that 'lived in' world with mods like Minecolonies and Millenaire. Luckily enough, both of those mods are being developed wonderfully, so I've made sure to include them.

Trying to capture a lot of the other RPG elements, I've added mods like Apotheosis, Ars Nouveau, Twilight Forest, The Undergarden, The Aether, Immersive Aircraft, Create Aeronautics, Farmer's Delight, and Mystcraft.

 

To further make the world feel full, I've added Biomes O' Plenty, Alex's Mobs, Alex's Caves, Structory, When Dungeons Arise, and several mods from YUNG's collection.

 

For helping you and your friends get around, there's Xaero's Minimap/World Map, Waystones, and Tempad.

 

There are more mods I didn't mention, the full modlist is in the relations tab, along with all accreditations I can think of.

I'm also working on a light version of the modpack that runs better for lower end PCs, as I suffer from that myself.
