Ruby Resources

Adds ruby resources. I will continue updating this. This is v1 - August 3 2026

This is my first mod ever by the way. I will do update this if i have time, this just adds some resources like ores armor and others and a ruby shard instead of a ruby gem, well i wanted to make it different.
