药水时间叠加器

饮用药水将会延长已有效果的持续时间。

通过 /gamerule potiontimestacker:stack_potions 切换药水时间叠加（默认启用）

通过 /gamerule potiontimestacker:stack_splash_potions 切换喷溅药水时间叠加（默认禁用）

通过 /gamerule potiontimestacker:max_effect_ticks 修改最大效果持续时间（默认无上限）（1秒 = 20刻）

通过编辑 config/potiontimestacker.toml 配置文件来设置药水白名单或黑名单
