药水时间堆叠器

饮用药水会延长已有效果的持续时间。

使用 /gamerule potiontimestacker:stack_potions 切换药水持续时间叠加（默认为 true）

使用 /gamerule potiontimestacker:stack_splash_potions 切换喷溅药水持续时间叠加（默认为 false）

使用 /gamerule potiontimestacker:max_effect_ticks 修改最大效果持续时间（默认无上限）（1秒 = 20刻）

通过编辑 config/potiontimestacker.toml 配置文件，可设置药水白名单或黑名单
